Terms of Service

The Service is operated by MAFFEITECH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Stremlix”, “we”, “us”, “our”). In these Terms, “you” means the person using the Service.

Stremlix is a neutral media player. It is software that connects to a streaming service you already have, and plays what that service returns.

Stremlix does not provide, host, store, sell, resell, curate, index, license, or transmit any channel, stream, film, series, or other media content. We have no catalogue of our own. There is nothing to watch inside Stremlix until you supply your own credentials.

All content sources are configured and supplied entirely by you. You enter the details of an IPTV or Xtream Codes account that you purchased from a third party, and the application uses those details to request content from that third party on your device. We do not select, review, rank, recommend, or bundle any provider, playlist, or stream.

We have no relationship with, no agreement with, no control over, and no visibility into the provider you choose. We are not their agent, reseller, affiliate, or distributor, and they are not ours. Whether your provider is lawful, licensed, reliable, or honest is not something we know or can verify.

You are solely responsible for the provider you choose, for holding the rights necessary to access the content you access, and for the legality of your use of the Service in your jurisdiction.

If you are not permitted to access a provider or a piece of content, using Stremlix does not make it permitted. The Service is offered as a tool for lawful use, and using it for anything else is a breach of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your password and provider credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

One account is for one person. Do not share your account, and do not sell, rent, or transfer it.

Stremlix is a paid product. New accounts begin with a free trial of 14 days. At the end of the trial the subscription starts and the plan you chose is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, at the price your subscription was created at. If we change the price of a plan, that new price applies to new subscriptions; your existing subscription keeps the price you signed up at until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Prices are stated exclusive of any taxes that may apply where you are.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are given to Stripe and handled by Stripe. We never receive, see, or store your full card number. A failed payment may suspend access until it is resolved.

If we ever do need to change the price of a subscription that is already running, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your renewals. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Where you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's billing terms, cancellation flow, and refund rules apply to that purchase in addition to these Terms.

The fee licenses the Stremlix application. It does not purchase, include, or entitle you to any channel, stream, or media content.

The free trial exists so that you can evaluate the Service before paying for it. Because a full 14-day trial is offered in lieu of a refund period, fees for a subscription period that has already started are not refundable, and we do not pro-rate a cancellation part-way through a period.

This does not affect any refund right you have that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, and it does not apply where a charge was made in error. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

• Use the Service in breach of any law, or of anyone else's rights
• Use the Service to access content you are not authorised to access
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with access controls, rate limits, or security features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications, except where the law expressly permits it
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as if it were your own
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to store or transmit anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone

We may investigate suspected misuse and take the steps described in section 11.

Everything you watch through Stremlix comes from a provider you chose and pay separately. Your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms, not ours.

We give no warranty of any kind as to the availability, quality, accuracy, continuity, or legality of anything a provider serves. If a stream is offline, slow, mislabelled, geo-blocked, or withdrawn, that is a matter between you and your provider.

Outages, throttling, blocking, and content changes on a provider's side are the provider's, not ours, and are not a failure of the Service or a ground for a refund.

If you are a rights holder or a member of the public with a complaint about a stream, please direct it to the provider serving that stream or to that provider's hosting company. We are not able to remove, block, or take down that content, because we do not host, store, cache, index, or transmit it — it never passes into our possession or control.

What we can act on is a Stremlix account. If you believe a Stremlix account is being used to infringe your rights or to break the law, send a notice to legal@stremlix.com identifying yourself, the right you hold, and the account and conduct in question, and we will review it under section 11.

The Service — the applications, the website, the design, and the Stremlix name and logo — is owned by or licensed to MAFFEITECH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and to a subscription in good standing, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the applications for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or materials without our prior written consent.

The content you play through the Service is not ours and we grant you no rights in it. Any rights in that content belong to whoever holds them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or content, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the total fees you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability you have as a consumer that the law reserves to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stremlix, its officers, employees, and contractors against any claim, demand, loss, liability, and reasonable legal cost arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or the content you chose to access and the provider you chose to access it from.

We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on you without your consent.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where it is reasonable to give notice and immediately where it is not, if you breach these Terms, if your use exposes us or another user to legal risk or harm, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination your licence to use the applications ends. We will delete or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Every published version carries a version number and an effective date, shown at the top of this page.

When we publish a material change we increase the version number, and the next time you use the Service you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing. We record which version you accepted and when. Continuing to use the Service after accepting means the new version applies to you.

Where the change is material and affects your rights, we will also give you reasonable advance notice by email. If you do not accept a new version, you may cancel your subscription as described in section 4.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
