Stremlix is a neutral media player. All content sources (playlists, IPTV providers) are configured and supplied entirely by you. We do not provide, recommend, or bundle any content or playlist URLs. The Service integrates with third-party IPTV providers (e.g., Xtream Codes panels) that you configure. We do not host, store, or control the underlying streams or programming. Your access to any provider is subject to that provider's terms, policies, availability, and applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to access and view any content. We do not endorse or guarantee the legality, quality, or availability of any third-party content.

If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase time. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice as permitted by applicable law.

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MaffeiTech and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our trademarks, logos, or materials without prior written consent.

The Service may rely on third-party services and libraries (e.g., Google Sign-In, Prisma, Hls.js). We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim any liability related to them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be available or lawful in your jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MaffeiTech OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaffeiTech and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MaffeiTech is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in the competent courts of that location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
