Your data

Delete your Stremlix account.

You can do it yourself in a minute. Deleting is permanent: there is no grace period, and you cannot sign in to that account again.

Three ways to delete it

The app and the website delete immediately. Email is for when you can no longer sign in.

In the iPhone or Android app

Open Settings, tap Delete account, then confirm. If your account has a password we ask for it. If you signed in with Google or Apple we ask you to sign in again first.

On the website

By email

Can't sign in any more? Write to us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What happens to your data

Deleting is a hard delete, not a deactivation.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details
The IPTV provider you saved, including its encrypted password
Favourites, playlists and watch history
Your signed-in devices and sessions
Any messages you sent to support

To use Stremlix again you create a new account.

What we keep, and why

A trial markerA record that your email address has already had its free trial, so deleting and signing up again does not give a second one. It is not linked to any account.
Billing and tax recordsKept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically 5 years.
BackupsBackups roll off on their own schedule. Deleted data is not restored into use.

The full list is in our privacy policy.

Deleting does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription

A subscription bought on our website is cancelled when you delete. One bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, and only you can cancel it there, so you are not charged again.

iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
