About Stremlix
Stremlix is a media player for the IPTV service you already pay for — nothing more, and deliberately so.
Why we built it
Most people who buy an IPTV subscription are handed a player that looks like it was built in 2009: no search worth using, no watch history, favourites that vanish when you change device, and an interface that fights you on a television. The service itself is usually fine. The software around it is the problem.
So we built the part that was missing. One account, one set of favourites and history, the same on your phone, your laptop, and your TV — connected to the subscription you already have.
How it works
You bring your own provider. You enter the server address, username, and password of the IPTV or Xtream Codes account you bought from a third party, and the app uses them to request your channels and library from that provider, on your device.
Your credentials are encrypted before they are stored, so that they can be there on your next device and nowhere else. What you watch comes from your provider, and it goes to your screen. It does not pass through us.
What we don't do
This is the part worth being blunt about, because it is what people assume about any app with a play button:
- We do not provide, host, or stream any channels, films, or series.
- We do not sell, resell, or bundle IPTV subscriptions.
- We do not run a catalogue, an index, or a search over anyone's content.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we set no advertising cookies.
- We do not tell anyone what you watch — not your provider, not an advertiser, not anybody.
You are the one who chooses a provider, and you are responsible for that choice. We have no relationship with them and no control over what they serve.
What it costs
14 days free, then $5 per month or $50 per year. Cancel any time. The fee pays for the app — it is not, and does not include, a content subscription.
Who's behind it
Stremlix is built and operated by MAFFEITECH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
